At the Heart of Every Community

At Carma, we believe people are the heart of every community. Residents become neighbours and neighbours soon become friends.

The Cranston Residents’ Association (CRA) was created to ensure that the features andfacilities of Cranston are maintained and managed for the long-term use and enjoymentof residents. The CRA sets a desired course for the use of common facilities, such as theupcoming Century Hall, and helps ensure their financial sustainability over time.

Membership in the CRA is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of a home in Cranston. The payment of dues is reviewed and established annually, and is secured by aRent Encumbrance (subject to upward adjustment for inflation) registered on the title toeach member’s lot. The CRA is administered by a Board of Directors made up of Carma andresident representatives.
